Can anyone tell me the book which is very good for IIT preparations and explains everything in detail without discouraging the student (which most books do) ....I m in grade 12...how much mathematics should i have completed by now ?

Well i had solved Arihant publication and writer Amit.M.Agrawal in mathematics ...and i found it good ...

U can also prefer it ..!

It comes in two volume ...vol.1 contains XI portion and vol.2 contains the 12th portion ..

It also contains a section called "Entrance Corner" ..which presents all the questions recently asked in all entrance exams starting from State engineering to AIEEE and JEE ..
